This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with heavy baggage, which I appreciate. I recommend trying their delicious breakfast!

The location and the friendly staff. There was free water. tea and coffee everywhere.
The equipment. The room was quite different from what is shown. Especially the bathroom was not as old as in the pictures. There is also a lack of cleanliness everywhere, from the rooms to the corridors and the breakfast buffet.

Everything wasa perfect. Food, location of the hotel and the Service provided by the staff
Due to the small windows, the light coming from outside was poor. This is something probably impossible to change but this is what I would highlight.

Great location for exploring the city and attractions.
The room was quite cramped for our family of four. We were also disappointed that the fridge in our room wasn't working, inconvenient for keeping drinks cool. The breakfast variety was limited, which left us wanting more options .

The shower at ground level was not tight, the water ran out onto the bathroom floor.

We had a blast playing pool after a long day,, the vibe was just right for hanging out. The staff were kinda helpful,, even though they were just okay.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for the experience, couldn't complain.

Super breakfast buffet. Coffee and oat biscuits free of charge in the entrance lobby. Pleasant atmosphere. Luggage storage in a locked room until departure. Very centrally located.
